Work Experience

I currently work as Assistant Professor at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Arizona State University (on leave). Before joining ASU, I have worked on research projects funded by National Science Foundation, Global Development Lab, and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation as graduate student researcher during my PhD at Michigan State University. My journey to USA started from Pakistan where I worked as Behavior Change Communication Manager for a USAID project in the earthquake-hit areas and later as WASH Integration Manager with Save the Children International.
